- Prioritizing upgrade requests from healthcare and healthcare-related entities for Internet and Voice Capacity to ensure that entities involved in keeping our communities safe have the connectivity resources they need.
- Accelerating service delivery – Our teams are working remotely around the clock to expeditiously implement service upgrades in a matter of hours or days.
- Atlantic Metro’s purchasing department is working closely with vendors and third parties to ensure all equipment needed for upgrade requests and new services is readily available.
- We are also following the recommended precautions to ensure our data centers and network facilities are safe and healthy for our staff and customers.
